   John doesn't ride his horse every day.

    Does John ride his horse every day ?

5- She is working late tonight because she has a  test tomorrow at school.

  She isn't working late tonight because she doesn't have a test tomorrow at school.

  Is she working late tonight because she has a test tomorrow at school?

  Is she working late tonight because doesn't she have a test tomorrow at school ?

 je suis pas sûr que l'on puisse mettre les 2 verbes à l'interrogatif....du coup pour la deuxième j'ai mi doesn't she have (interro-négative)
