Δ = ( - 12 )² - 4 ( 4 * - 91) =  144 + 1 456 =  1600 =  40 ²

x1 =  ( 12 - 40 ) / 8 = - 28/8 =  -  3.5

x 2 = ( 12 + 40 ) / 8 =  52/8  = 6 .5

on calcule le discriminant

Δ = b²− 4ac= (-12)² - 4*4*(-91) = 144 + 1456 = 1600  = 40²

il est positif, l'équation a deux solutions  (formules)

x1 = (12 - 40)/8  = -28/8 = -7/2

x2 = (12 + 40)/8 = 52/8 = 13/2

S = {-7/2 ; 13/2}
