how to be a web designer?

i need to work:)) is very difficult .

1- Have effective communication skills.
2- Be able to sell yourself.
3- Be able to plan before you design.
4- Be able to evaluate your own work and get feedback.
5- Be a web designer , not a graphic designer.
6- Up-date yourself with new technology, always.
7- Always gain experience. 
8- Be organized.
9- Have business sense.
10- Be hard-worker.
